The process involved in making a will need not be too complex but it does need to be expertly handled in order to ensure that it is effective in a way you expect. Our aim would be to draft a will that meets all your requirements but that is written in plain English so the terms can be easily understood by your loved ones. We are also able to offer help if you are unhappy with the provision that has been made for you following the death of a family member. We offer a free half hour interview during which time we will be able to advise you on your rights and the steps required to protect your position.
